Baby 411 will equip you with skills which will empower you as parents and help you make educated and informed decisions about caring for your baby during the first year of life. This comprehensive book consists of 15 Chapters which are packed with essential information and can be easily referenced via the outstanding Table of Contents and Index. Baby 411 covers topics which begin with how to prepare for your baby and spans over the first year of your baby’s life.<\/p>\n

We highly recommend that you purchase this book during your second trimester to allow adequate times to get through the book. Chapter 8 addresses “The other end” and parents will learn all about poop, urine, and the importance of fiber. Chapter 10 addresses development and we were most impressed with the content of this chapter. Ari Brown, M.D. gives an excellent overview of development, discusses ways to stimulate your baby’s development and how you can keep track of it.<\/p>\n

Parents will learn all about the important topic of sleep, where you will learn how many hours of sleep your baby needs at various stages throughout his first year and the best way to get him to sleep through the night. Common infections, diseases and first aid are addressed in the final 3 chapters.<\/p>\n
